I hadn't seen a horned lizard in a long time, which is sad because growing up we used to see them on a regular basis. Needless to say I was quite excited when I saw this lizard romping around in the brush. I only managed to get a couple of photos before he ran behind the oleanders and into the next yard. Hopefully I will see another one soon so I can take some more photos even though stalking around in the yard with a zoom lens does warrant the neighbors' odd glances my way.
